I read Luke 5 today. It’s a beautiful read, about the beginning stages of Jesus’s ministry. But I think it has a strong theme throughout the chapter, which is this: sin is the ultimate problem and crisis of the human race, and Jesus is the answer to said problem and crisis.

So, I didn’t get a chance to post a journal blog yesterday so I’m doing one today for yesterday. I’ve been taught by God on some stuff such as sharing the gospel and going to Him in prayer for the needs of the brothers and sisters.

The world is a hard and harsh place, and it is incredibly hostile to, and opposed to, the gospel. As messengers of the gospel, who are bound by royal and cosmic duty to proclaim it to everyone we can while we are on this earth, what are we to do when the chips are down and all seems lost, or defeat seems certain or all-too apparent?
